Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous casting method of a plate material of an inorganic material granular layer and a metal and to provide an apparatus therefor.
SOLUTION: A casting part 100 is composed of a mold part 110, filler part 130 and composite material pull-out part 150. In the mold part, a cavity having about 1m width, about 10mm thickness and vertical flat shaped cavity is formed. In a heat insulating board 114 and an upper mold part 111 provided on the side part 7 of a furnace body 1, a sprue 15 having horizontal flat shape is provided. The lower end opening part, having horizontal flat shape, of a hopper 125 for storing, the inorganic grains 124 is communicated with the cavity just above a gas permeable member 121 arranged at an upper mold member, and the gas permeable member is connected to a vacuum pump 122. The filler part is composed of plural push-out plates 131 which are arranged in the horizontal direction so as to freely reciprocate at the upper part of the cavity and have 20mm width each, and a cam 136 reciprocating the push-out plates.
