Abstract:

To provide a method for continuously manufacturing a boiling bag at a high speed and at a low cost.

Each individual amount of a stuff to be boiled is placed on a filter paper web to form a cylinder, each cylinder is closed by a seam in the sectional direction, and at least one chamber cord comprising chambers containing the predetermined quantity and continuous to each other in the longitudinal direction is formed. The seam in the sectional direction forms a rear seam of one chamber, and at the same time, forms a front seam of a successive chamber. Perforations for separating the chamber during the traveling are located between the seams. The chamber is separated from the chamber cord, the chamber of the chamber cord is coupled with a cord of a supporting material, and a hanging piece is separated from the cord of the supporting material. The continuously moved chamber cord is held at the predetermined position in the vicinity of perforations 9 of the chamber 6 to be separated, and accelerated in the moving direction of the chamber cord so that the chamber 6 is separated from the chamber cord by the relative motion.
