Abstract:
To provide a method of continuously producing a cleaning sheet material that has a flap part protruding in one direction and another direction in a first direction and that is not easily folded back during production and is easily folded back during use.SOLUTION: The method of continuously producing a cleaning sheet material 1 comprises: a flap part forming step of forming in each of a plurality of material regions 3 a plurality of first flap parts 111 protruding in one direction CDof orthogonal directions CD, each of which does not protrude in a conveyance direction MD and a plurality of second flap parts 121 protruding in the other direction CDof the orthogonal directions CD, each of which does not protrude in the conveyance direction MD, while conveying in the conveyance direction MD a belt-like nonwoven fabric 5 having the plurality of material regions 3 forming the cleaning sheet material 1; and a clean sheet material forming step of cutting the belt-like nonwoven fabric 5 which has undergone the flap part forming step into each of the plurality of material regions 3 to form the plurality of cleaning sheet materials 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
