To provide a method for continuously manufacturing an optical display panel and a system thereof, by which occurrence of lamination misalignment is prevented upon laminating an optical film to an optical cell.
The method for continuously manufacturing an optical display panel comprises the steps of: conveying a carrier film 12 to which an optical film 13 is stacked with an adhesive; folding the conveyed carrier film 12 with the film inside at a folding part 40a to release the optical film 13 from the carrier film 12; winding up the carrier film 12 from which the optical film 13 is released; conveying an optical cell P and laminating the optical film 13 released from the carrier film 12 to the optical cell P with an adhesive; and reducing a difference between a first tension of the carrier film 12 located upstream the folding part 40a prior to the lamination step and a second tension of the carrier film 12 located downstream the folding part by reducing one of the tensions.
