A part required for individual commercialization of product and a thermoplastic resin fiber laminate of a part connecting the part are driven with a needle by an NC apparatus, or the like, to produce a needle-punched nonwoven fabric and the rear surface of the nonwoven fabric is continuously reinforced with a resin sheet, resin particles or powder thermally fused with fiber and the resultant flat product or nonwoven fabric as a part required for commercialization of product is three-dimensionally formed by a press or the like, and a part not required for commercialization of product is removed.
