PURPOSE: To provide a method for automatically determining weighed value of tea leaf fed into a finish rolling machine.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is constituted of a weighing device equipped with a weighing controller consisting essentially of CPU and a road cell and a displacing sensor for measuring tilting angle of a weighing rod of a finish rolling machine and when a finish rolling process reaches the predetermined passage time and weighing position, tilting angle of the weighing rod is measured and the measured value is compared and operated with predetermined tilting angle and the next value for feeding and weighing tea leaf according to the deviation is determined. Thereby, load of operator of finish rolling machine is reduced and quality and homogenization of tea leaf in finish rolling process are improved and production efficiency is improved.
