Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily control the bacteria concentration of a water solution in a bath to a fixed value by setting an optimum sampling quantity of the water solution correspondiong to the bacteria concentration of the water solution stored in the bath. CONSTITUTION:This method draws out a certain constant flow rate of the water solution from a bath 1 and eliminates bacteria in the water solution with a precise filter film or an ultrafiltration film 2 and returns this water solution to the bath 1 to control the bacteria concentration of the water solution in the bath to a fixed value. Relations between the temperature of the water solution in the bath 1 and the multiplication rate of bacteria are preliminarily checked to express the multiplication rate of bacteria as a function of the temperature of the water solution, and the temperature of the water solution in the bath is used as a control signal to set the flow rate of the water solution to be sampled from the bath.
