Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a coiling shape by improving the precision in controlling a winding position and removing the deviation in coiling when a steel strip is coiled.
CONSTITUTION: In a coiling reel 1 or 5 provided on the downstream side of a shear 4 to cut the steel strip S, when it is coiled as the coiling position is controlled by a 1st or 2nd edge position control(EPC) part 10 or 12, the steel strip S is coiled as the coiling position continues to be controlled by the coiling reel 1 or 5 even after the steel strip S is cut by the shear 4.
