Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature drop inside a furnace and to suppress the generation of NOx by increasing the total quantity of combustion air fed to the inside of a furnace incrementally interlocked with the advancing movement of a pusher and decreasing the total quantity of combustion air fed the inside of the furnace incrementally interlocked with the retreating movement of the pusher.
SOLUTION: A pusher control device 12 is interlocked with the advancing movement of a pusher 3, an air total quantity control device 11 increases incrementally the total quantity of the combustion air fed to the inside of a furnace operating a damper unit 8, a number of nozzles controlling device 10 opens each of the switching valves 6 from air nozzles 4 on the lower edge side of the furnace body in sequence and increases the number of air nozzles 4 blasting the combustion air incrementally. A pusher controlling device 12 is interlocked with retreating movement of the pusher 3, the air total quantity controlling device 11 decrease incrementally the total quantity of the combustion air fed to the inside of the furnace operating the damper unit 8, the number of nozzle controlling device 10 closes each of the switching valves 6 from the air nozzles 4 on the upper edge side of the furnace body in sequence and decreases the number of air nozzles 4 blasting the combustion air incrementally.
