Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion control method of a heat-storage type burner furnace, in which each burner can stably burn even if individual burner is burnt by changing over in a short time (sec unit).
SOLUTION: In the furnace arranging plural pairs of heat-storage type burners in one zone, in the case of using Tpa for replacing time from the exhaust gas to the air in the air-exhaust gas system, Tpg for fuel purging time with the remained pressure of fuel before changing over the combustion, N for number of the burner pairs in the zone and Tc for fuel spouting time of one heat- storage type burner, the fuel spouting time from one heat-storage burner is decided under the relation, Tc=(N-1)×(Tpa+Tpg) and the heat-storage burner is controlled based on this fuel spouting time.
