Component concns. in furnace top gas are measured and deviation between the measured value and a reference value is obtd. (S1, S3) and the opening degree of a hot blasting valve based on the obtd. deviation (S2, S4, S8) and/or O2 gas concn, in carrier gas for feeding the waste synthetic resin particles (S5, S7) are adjusted. The measurement of the component concns. in the furnace top gas are executed to CH4 gas and/or H2 gas. Even if the variation, etc., in the grain diameter of the waste synthetic resin and the blowing quantity, the combustion condition of the waste synthetic resin particles can quickly be controlled and the stable condition of a blast furnace can be obtd.
