Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize the dissolved concentration in a dissolving tank according to a two-stage dissolution controlling method.
CONSTITUTION: The tank side of a dissolving tank is equipped with a concentration sensor using a DP cell 105 and a concentration sensor using a densimeter 108 in a solution transfer pipeline. The solution concentration in the dissolving tank is primarily controlled with an output from a green liquor primary concentration control regulator 111 in the dissolving tank and the concentration in the solution transfer pipe is secondarily controlled with an output from a green liquor secondary concentration control regulator 112 in the transfer pipe.
