PURPOSE: To enhance the conveying capacity by storing the name of the lot and the name of the next treatment process in a specific storage region when the destination of conveyance is not found corresponding to the request of conveyance of any priority order of the table of requesting the conveyance.

CONSTITUTION: The table of requesting conveyance is prepared by arranging a plurality of requests of carriage consisting of the name of an assembling device to request the conveyance of the magazine, the name of the lot corresponding to the magazine, and the name of the next treatment process. The request of carriage of any priority order is read (step 1e), and when the destination of conveyance is not found, the name of the lot in the request of carriage and the name of the next treatment process are stored (step 1h). When the request of conveyance of the subsequent priority order is read, it is referred to (step 1f), and when the same one is found (step 1g), it means that the destination of conveyance is not found similar to the request of conveyance of any priority order, and the request of conveyance of the next priority order is read without executing the request of conveyance.
