Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably shorten measuring time, by synthesizing objective measuring force wherein measuring force is constant to quantity and vertical to the surface of a workpiece to be measured, and correcting measuring force which partly corrects mass inertia force generated by the acceleration of a scanner.
SOLUTION: A position signal which is obtained from a measured value generator in a scanning head 2 and processed by an electronic circuit 8 is converted into scanner deflection (xT, yT, zT) in a function unit 9. Similarly to mechanical position (xm, ym, zm), the scanner deflection is sent to a transmission interface 17 through correction 23. When the scanner deflection exceeds a specified value, a controller 16 delivers obstruction quantity to interpolation 12, in order to return again the scanner deflection to an allowable range. The measuring force which the controller 16 adjusts is synthesized by an objective measuring force which is constant to quantity and vertical to the surface of a workpiece to be measured, and correcting measuring force which partly corrects mass inertia force generated by the acceleration of the scanner.
