Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation in the quantity of steam in a plant including turbines which use steam produced by boilers, by determining the distribution of load in terms of the steam and electric power consumed in the plant and of internal steam needed by the boilers. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of boilers 1 (1-1-1-3), a plurality of turbines 5-7 and a plurality of electricity generators 2 (2-1-2-3) supply steam and electric power to a plant 8. To control the distribution of load, the quantity of steam produced by the boilers 1 and the output of the electricity generators 2 are regulated so that steam and pressure required for the plant 8 are supplied thereto while the temperature and pressure of the steam in the boilers 1 and the turbines 5-7 are kept within prescribed ranges. When the quantities of steam and electric power needed by the plant 8 have changed, the flow rate of steam and the output of the electricity generators are altered by amounts corresponding to the change in the quantity of boiler-produced steam, which is defined by a relationship formula of the change in the quantity of steam for internal use.
