Abstract:
PURPOSE:To photograph in a desired timing by transferring a signal charge to a signal charge accumulating part or a signal charge transferring part after the accumulation of the signal charge is terminated and holding it until the prescribed timing synchronous with a vertical synchronizing signal to be generated after that. CONSTITUTION:When a shutter time ts passes a proper light quantity is obtained, a signal charge termination signal is sent to a driving control circuit system 6 and a shutter instruction 22 is dropped in the circuit system 6. In response to the drop 22b of the shutter instruction 22, a reading-out pulse 23b is outputted from the driving control circuit system 6 to an image pick-up element 4. By the reading-out pulse 23b, the signal charge accumulated in a photodiode 11 is read out to a vertical shift register 12 and the charge is held in the vertical shift register 12 until the prescribed timing synchronous with a next vertical synchronizing signal 21a. Thus, since a shutter can be non- synchronously clicked regardless of the timing of the vertical synchronizing signal, photographing can be done in the timing that one would like to photograph.
