Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for controlling the extruding order of heated materials existing in plural heating furnaces and batch furnaces so as to be possible to efficiently use the batch furnace.
SOLUTION: This method controls the extruding order of the heated materials existing in plural heated furnaces and batch furnaces. In such a case, the extruding order from the heating furnace is pre-decided to each heated material. When the extruding order from the batch furnace to the heated material (a first heated material: A material) charged into the batch furnace extruded from the heating furnace and further, extruded from the batch furnace is later than the extruding order from the heating furnace to the heated material (a second heated material: N material) successively, extended from the heating furnace and further, charged to the batch furnace, the extruding order from the heating furnace to each heated material is changed so as to be the extruding order from the heating furnace to the second heated material at later than the extruding order from the batch furnace to the first heated material.
