Abstract:
To easily control a flow of a fluid in a micro-system without using complicated valve structure.
A substance having a property of sol-gel transition by stimulation is added to the fluid flowing in a micro-passage of the micro-system, the stimulation is applied to a desirable portion on the micro-passage, and the fluid is thereby gelled to control the flow.
