Abstract:
To provide a method which can rapidly grasp a gas concentration inside a furnace, and input fuel and/or oxygen by an amount corresponding to a state inside the furnace, and reduce a load of maintenance of an apparatus.SOLUTION: A method for analyzing components contained in flue exhaust gas of a furnace includes: a sampling process for collecting a portion of flue exhaust gas from a flue 10; a dust removal process for separating dust in the flue exhaust gas collected in the sampling process by a centrifugal force type dust collector 30, and using it as gas for analysis; a measuring process for measuring components in the gas for analysis introduced to a gas cell 40, and obtaining a carbon monoxide concentration in the gas for analysis; and an analysis gas leading-out process for sucking the gas for analysis through an ejector 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
