Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for controlling grinding of the dispersed solid particles in a doughy-pasty mass with uniform quality and an apparatus for carrying out this method.
CONSTITUTION: This grinding roll mill uses a roll mill line having at least one preceding roller mill 1 and at least one postponed roller mill 4 and at least the postponed roller mill 4 out thereof has a plurality of rolls W1 to W5. Particularly the gap of the outlet rolls of the preceding roller mill 1 is changed in order to increase or decrease the thickness of the layer of the paste on the postponed roller mill 4 having the at least three rolls. Then, the regulation of the thickness of the layer of the postponed roller mill 4 is executed by an proportional-integral-differential action in addition to the change of the gap between the outlet rolls of the preceding roller mill 1. The thickness of the layer of the postponed roller mill 4 may be regulated within a prescribed range. This range is changed over to the regulation of the preceding roller mill 1 by a difference between the actually measured value of the thickness of the layer and a target value upon exceeding this range.
