Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control the heating temperature of a photosensitive body that image flowing caused by a corona generated substance generated in the photosensitive body is effectively eliminated and to improve the image quality of the photosensitive body without missing a minute image such as a dot pattern under high humidity or at the rapid temperature change.
CONSTITUTION: A heater 2 for removing water caused by the corona generated substance generated on the surface part of the photosensitive body 1 is incorporated, and a cleaning device 18 for removing the corona generated substance caused by a corona discharger being every kind of charger formed on the surface of the photosensitive body 1 is provided. Then, the heating set temperature T0 of the photosensitive body is set 15-35°C higher than the set temperature of the photosensitive body in the middle of copying by the heater so as to remove the water on the surface of the photosensitive body, and the cleaning device is allowed to simultaneously work with the heater 2 to remove the corona generated substance in the middle of copying, thereby restraining the image flowing under the high humidity and obtaining the good-quality image.
