Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water quality of treated water within an underground structure by properly suppressing inflow of groundwater into the underground structure.SOLUTION: A method for controlling inflow of groundwater into a scale sluice 20 includes a first step of estimating a groundwater inflow area to be a third scale sluice 20c, in the scale sluice 20, and a second step of pumping the groundwater around the third scale sluice 20c. In the second step, a well 60 is provided around the scale sluice 20, and the groundwater is pumped from the well 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
