Abstract:
PURPOSE:To converge at a controlled variable in a short time by calculating a manipulated variable from a specified expression when executing an average algebraic converging operation, executing this operation for each sampling cycle and inputting the result in a control system. CONSTITUTION:At the automatic control system of a closed loop, a function is provided to calculate a manipulated variable y(n) of the next control operation according to a target control value xs, current controlled variable x(n-1) and the value of a current manipulated variable y(n-1) so that it can be controlled to control velocity set under the condition of not generating hancing at the control system, and to output the result to the control system. In this case, when applying the average algebraic converting operation while defining a parameter for convergent velocity control and over-shoot prevention as alpha and a parameter for monotonic convergence for preventing hunting as lambda, the next manipulated variable y(n) is calculated by an expression I. This calculation of the next manipulated variable is repeated for each sampling cycle, this calculated value is inputted to the control system having a positive characteroistic and a controlled variable (x) is controlled so as to be converged at the target control value xs.
