To accurately supply molten metal into a casting chamber in a vacuum die casting machine by comparing an actually measured value with sensors and the target value to molten metal quantity in a holding furnace with a comparator and controlling a vacuum evacuating device and/or a vacuum valve.
The molten metal 6 in the holding furnace 7 is actually measured with a level sensor 11, a temperature sensor 12 and a weightometer 13, and the actual measured value and the target value are compared with a computer 14 and the vacuum evacuating device 15 and/or the vacuum valve 5 are controlled to adjust the supplying time and/or the supplying quantity of the molten metal 6 into the casting chamber 9. The control value acted as a control parameter to the vacuum evacuating device 15 and/or the vacuum valve 5 is decided with the computer 14. The level sensor 11, the temperature sensor 12 and the weightometer 13 are connected with the computer 14 and the actual measured valve from the level sensor 11, the temperature sensor 12 and the weightometer 13, is investigated with the computer 14 and if this is the suitable value, an algorithm is used for making the control parameter.
