Title:
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OPERATION OF AIR CONDITIONER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3407867
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a fault of blocking a refrigerant discharging from a compressor or staying a liquid refrigerant in a four-way valve by controlling opening or closing states of a first opening/closing valve in piping between the valve and an outdoor heat exchanger and a second opening/closing valve in a bypass tube detoured through the four-way valve in response to an operating state.
SOLUTION: An opening/closing valve C is opened for a predetermined time from the start of a cooling operation, and a refrigerant from a compressor 10 is guided to an outdoor heat exchanger 30 through a four-way valve 20. Then, a bypass tube 91 blocks a flow of the refrigerant to the exchanger 30 by closing an opening/closing valve D. The refrigerant condensed by the exchanger 30 is then guided to an indoor heat exchanger 50 through liquid side piping 61A, a throttle unit 40, and liquid side pipings 61B, 61C and evaporated. After a predetermined time is elapsed from the start of the cooling operation, the valve D is opened to return the refrigerant to the tube 91. Thereafter, the valve C is closed, the refrigerant is passed only through the tube 91 to be supplied to the exchanger 30, thereby suppressing heat absorption of the refrigerant.
