Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely obtain gas having the required oxygen concn. with a safe and simple operation by varying a shape of fluororesin-made tube so as to control the oxygen concn. in the gas flowing in the tube.
CONSTITUTION: By causing the gas 21 containing no oxygen or trace quantity of oxygen to flow in the fluororesin tube, the oxygen in the air is penetrated in the tube 22 with the oxygen concn. gradient between the atmosphere and the tube 22 as driving force. Therefore, by varying the shape of diameter, thickness, length, etc., of the fluororesin tube 22, the oxygen concn. in the gas can be controlled. By this method, the gas having the required oxygen concn. is surely obtd. with the simple operation.
