To provide a broadcast receiver in which, when reproducing recorded data broadcast or when viewing downloaded contents, contents of the recorded data broadcast and that the contents are accompanied with a constraint such as validity of application to presents in the former, or the number of times of possible viewing in the latter are immediately notified without troubling a user.

A broadcast receiver 100 includes: a storage means 190 for storing broadcast contents as well as a constraint of limit relating to the broadcast contents; an input means TP for receiving selection by a user to the stored broadcast contents; a vibrating means 180 which vibrates in response to the selection; and a control means 156 which controls vibration of the vibrating means based on the constraint stored in the storage means and the selected broadcast contents when the selection of the broadcast contents are received by the input means.
