Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a method for controlling positioning by which a sufficiently strong acceleration force is obtained and, at the same time, no hunting nor blind sector is generated. CONSTITUTION:A subtracter 1 subtracts a voltage indicating the quantity of position of a traveling object from a voltage indicating a target value for positioning the traveling object and a controller 2 performs arithmetic processing on the fist differential voltage which is obtained as a result of the subtraction by using an odd function the variation of which is large near the target value and becomes smaller as going father from the target value. Then a controller 5 multiplies a voltage indicating the quantity of speed of the traveling object by an even function the value of which is relatively large value near the target value and becomes relatively smaller as going farther from the target value and a subtracter 3 subtracts the product from a computed value and positions the traveling object by using the second differential voltage which is a result of the subtraction.
