To suppress or reduce negative effects caused by introducing an exotic species pollinator in plant culture in using pollination of organism.
In a plant culture, a pollinator is isolated in a closed colony, a diploid male having a sex-determining gene of the same species is made by inbreeding a monoploid male with a diploid male, a substantially sterilized triploid female is made by inbreeding the aforesaid diploid male with a diploid female and a colony for producing the triploid female is delivered to a user. The triploid female flies apart from the colony and does not lay eggs even when it crosses with a male or the possibility of laying eggs is remarkably low. Thus, as the triploid female is solely a first final generation and does not proliferate, so negative effects are greatly suppressed or reduced even though exotic species are introduced as the pollinator.
