Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method, by which the optimum action can selectively be performed taking everything into consideration, in a sintering operation control.
CONSTITUTION: The level decision of the operation control item and the quality of the compounded raw materials during burning at the present are predicted 4 from the newest measured result 2 of the quality of the sintered ore and the measured result 3 at the detecting terminal. Successively, based on the level deciding result, the decision 5 whether the action performance is necessary or not, is executed and in the case of deciding that the action is necessary to perform based on the level deciding result, the content in the action is selected based on the decision whether the action performance is necessary or not. Successively, from the selected content in the action, the quality after the action performance is predicted 9, and by performing the final action while referring to this predicted value, the optimum action can be performed taking everything into consideration.
