Abstract:
PURPOSE: To hold condition of a control item in a standard and to select the optimum action by comparing operation control item data with the reference data, performing the newest level deciding inference and thereafter inferring whether the action performance is necessary or not.
CONSTITUTION: By comparing the operation control item data of the newest measured results of RDI(reducing degradation index), cold strength, grain size distribution, etc., showing the quality of sintered ore and the newest heat level and airflow level decided results of the compounded raw materials during sintering, etc., with the reference data, the newest level deciding inference in the operation control item is performed. By using this inference, based on the per-registered inference condition whether the action performance is necessary or not, the inference whether the action performance is necessary or not, is performed. At the time of inferring that the action is necessary, the content in the action having high order of the priority is selected, in the order of priority in the pre-registered operation control item actions, and this content is performed.
