Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve snap-off in screen printing and carry out the printing of high accuracy.
SOLUTION: When snap-off of a screen plate 3 is generated after a pattern 7 is placed on a material 2 to be printed from a printing opening 6, a screen plate press member 5 such as a round bar or a roller is placed on the upper face of the screen plate 3. While the screen plate press member 5 is moved in the horizontal direction, a frame on which the screen plate 3 is disposed in tension is lifted upward to keep constant the inclination angle θ between the screen plate 3 and a material 2 to be printed at all times.
