Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safety and surely carry out work such as construction, maintenance or inspection by eliminating human mistakes such as a work section mistake or an on-rail mounting mistake in a track and road vehicle.
SOLUTION: Recognizing plates 4 are installed in a point on the railroad of a crossing 2 between a general road and a railroad 1 and a point on the railroad equivalent to the end point of a work section. In a track and road vehicle 5 capable of traveling on the general road and the railroad 1 by switching used wheels, a reading device 6 for reading information regarding the recognizing plates 4 is provided, and a device 9 for analyzing an output signal from the reading device 6 and comparing this with information inputted beforehand is installed in the track and road vehicle 5.
