Title:
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING WATTMETER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3133118
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To judge whether or not the average value of average intervals is calculated using the data of input over, in the average function of a wattmeter.
CONSTITUTION: In the average function of a wattmeter, the current and voltage of an object to be measured is detected, the current and voltage detection signals are sampled and converted into digital signals. The data value of the input over is converted into the over level value and the over-flag is set when the sampled data exceed the over level value of a set range (when input over). When the average value is displayed and printed after a predetermined time, and when the over-flag is set, at least the displayed average value is made to blink, and the average value to which an over mark is attached is printed. By this, it can be judged in the current average interval that there was an input over in the preceding average interval by the blinking display of the preceding average value and by the over mark of the printed matter.
