PURPOSE: To attain the transmission of data only by one conductor, by converting 2N kinds of input information obtained by combining N switch inputs into 2N kinds of oscillation by changing the duty ratios of oscillation frequency.
CONSTITUTION: The addresses of a programmable ROM 4 are apparently divided into modes M1∼M16 in accordance with the outputs of a switch 3 and the outputs of binary counter 6, each mode M is made correspond to each output of the switch 3 and output data are stored so as to be outputted serially every increment of the counter 6. Consequently, 16 kinds of modes M1∼M16 are selected by combination of ON state of the switches A∼D, so that the period that "1" is outputted is changed and the duty ratio is also changed. Thus transmission data can be transmitted through one complete conductor.
