Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently bind coils which are conveyed, and reduce the equipment cost as low as possible.
CONSTITUTION: To a conveyor 2 on which coils 1 are mounted on saddles and which conveys the coils 1 in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the coils, a walking beam 3 is disposed in a manner forming right angles to in a plane figure and on this walking beam 3 coils on the conveyor are transferred. The axis of the coils are set parallel to the direction of the progression and at a specified position along the walking beam the coils 1 are bound by a C type binder without changing the direction.
