Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for performing visual inspection on a photosensitive drum by quickly setting the drum to an inspection spot.
SOLUTION: On first and third frame-side placing sections 31 and 33, the photosensitive drums 12 is placed by arranging the drum 12 in a first pitch P1. On a second frame-side placing section 32, the photosensitive drum 12 is placed by arranging the drum 12 in a second pitch P2. The drum 12 placed on the first frame-side placing section 31 is transported at once in the first pitch P1 by moving a first placing section 41 for transport by means of a first transferring mechanism 51. The drum 12 placed on the third frame-side placing section 33 is transported at once in the first pitch P1 by moving a third placing section 43 for transport by means of a third transferring mechanism 53. In addition, the drum 12 placed on the second frame-side placing section 32 is transported at once in the second pitch P2 by moving a second placing section 42 for transport by means of a second transferring mechanism 52.
