PURPOSE: To continuously correct and reduce the curling generated in a long FMCL and the dimensional shrinkage of a polymer membrane layer generated when the metal foil thereof is subjected to etching processing, by passing the long FMCL on four bars arranged at specific angles while successively changing the direction thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A long FMCL(flexible metal foil laminated plate) 17 obtained by forming a polymer membrane layer on a metal foil is allowed to slide on the curved surface of the first bar provided at an angle 0W80° with respect to the lateral direction thereof under tension in the longitudinal direction in such a state that the metal foil is turned to the inside and subsequently passed onto the curved surface of the second bar 14 provided at an angle of 0W-80°. Subsequently, in such a state that the polymer membrane is turned to the inside, the FMCL 17 is transferred on the curved surface of the third bar 13 provided at an angle of 0W80° in the longitudinal direction and subsequently allowed to slide on the curved surface of the fourth bar 15 provided at an angle of 0W-80° in the longitudinal direction to correct the curling of the FMCL 17 and the FMCL 17 is taken up by a roller in such a state that the dimensional shrinkage of the polymer membrane layer is continuously corrected and reduced.
