Abstract:
To provide a method for correcting the injection conditions of a die cast machine where, for injection-filling a molten metal into the cavity of a die, the amount of the molten metal injected into an injection sleeve is measured at high precision, and the injection conditions of a die cast machine is corrected.SOLUTION: A die cast machine comprises: a ladle 4 pumping up a molten metal from a melting furnace; an injection sleeve 7 to be injected with the molten metal pumped up by the ladle 4; an injection plunger 8 moved forward and backward at the inside of the injection sleeve; and an injection cylinder 9 moving the injection plunger 8 forward and backward, in which, by moving the injection plunger 8 by the injection cylinder 9, the molten metal in the injection sleeve is injection-filled into the cavity of a closed die. The molten metal face height h of the molten metal injected from the ladle 4 into the injection sleeve is measured by a molten metal face detection sensor 10, and the feed amount of the molten metal is measured by calculation, and injection conditions are corrected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
