Title:
METHOD FOR CORRECTING TEMPERATURE IN FORCE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3623592
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive simplification of temperature correction of a force sensor.
SOLUTION: The force sensor is placed at usable lower limit temperature in a state in which excitation voltage is impressed to a sensing part, and repeating detection of inside temperature of the force sensor is started (S1). If it is judged that the inside temperature is stabilized, temperature output is stored (S3), and gage outputs G01-G08 are stored at reference temperature. Next, in the state in which the excitation voltage is impressed to the sensing part, the force sensor is placed at gage output measuring temperature of a second point, and the repeating detection of the inside temperature is started (S5). After stabilization of the inside temperature is judged (S6) and inside temperature output T1 is stored (S7), gage outputs G11-G18 are stored (S8). The temperature coefficient (si) of each gage is calculated and stored (S9). The temperature coefficient (si) is utilized for temperature correction when six-axis force is measured.
