Abstract:
PURPOSE: To crash large materials having viscosity and flexibility.
CONSTITUTION: A crasher 15 equipped with a pair of parallel crashing rollers 2, 3 having screw cutting blades 5, 6 with different spiral directions. The crashing roller 2, 3 are set to engage the screw cutting blades 5, 6 each other and are rotated to take in large materials supplied. The materials are cut by the screw cutting blades 5, 6 and crashed between the rollers. In this way, the large materials having plasticity can be cut and crashed.
