A method for creating myotube is provided, comprising (1) a step of culturing myoblast on feeder cells, (2) a step of differentiation-inducing the myoblast into myotube in an amino acid-rich medium, and (3) a step of applying electrical pulse stimulation onto the differentiation-induced myotube.
