Abstract:

To provide a method for rationally calculating (1 to 29)(1 to 29).

In this invention, a factorization method is used for calculating 11 to 2929. There is a common method: a step-up method for calculating squares from 11 to 3030 by successively substituting 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 for N in the factorization of (N+1)(N+1)=NN+2N+1. This invention provides a method: a step-down method for calculating squares from 11 to 2929 by successively substituting 30, 29, 28 for N in the factorization (N-1)(N-1)=NN-2N+1 to calculate the squares down to 11, and provides a method of its tabulation. This invention also includes a method for creating a table for explaining squares from 11 to 2929 wherein: "2" obtained by adding 1 to 1 is set on the Y-axis and three (odd number) figures 2, 3, 4 are arranged around "1" in an inverted L-shape; squares of 1, 2, 3, ..., 29, 30 are arranged on the X-axis like 1, 4, 9, ..., 841, 900; and on the diagonal line of X-axis and Y-axis, the odd values of NN+N+1 are arranged in a line.
