Abstract:
To provide a method for culturing a fertilized egg or a reproductive cell of Triticum plant, and a method for fabricating a plant body by using the method.SOLUTION: In culturing a fertilized egg or a reproductive cell of a Triticum plant, callus induced by an unripe embryo of the Triticum plant and/or a suspension-cultured cell derived from the callus are used. Further, fabrication of a plant body is performed by differentiating a cultured product obtained by the use of the callus induced by an unripe embryo of the Triticum plant and/or a suspension-cultured cell derived from the callus.SELECTED DRAWING: None
