Abstract:
To prevent the occurrence of cracks by effectively moderating the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of concrete for a concrete product and a structure.
Concrete 1 is penetrated with hollow pipes 6 and cured in a warming tank 7. Water warmed in the hollow pipes 6 is mixed with water in the warming tank 7 and then water temperature in the warming tank rises. The inside temperature of the concrete 1 is lowered by recycling cooling water between the hollow pipes 6 and the warming tank 7 and then the lowering of its outside temperature is suppressed. The occurrence of cracks can be prevented by effectively moderating the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the concrete.
