Title:
METHOD FOR CURING PHOTOCURABLE RESIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61101272
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform curing efficiently within a short time, by allowing reflected light by a cone mirror to irradiate the photocurable resin applied to the inner periphery of a cylindrical member.

CONSTITUTION: Groove 2 for windings as recessed parts are provided to the inner periphery of a core 1 being a cylindrical body and wire materials are wound along the grooves 2 and a photocurable resin adhesive 3 is applied to the grooves 2 in order to fix the wire materials. A cone mirror 4 having a conical reflective surface 5 formed by applying vapor deposition of aluminum after mirror finishing is inserted into the core 7 and moved while ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet lamp are reflected from the reflective surface 5 to irradiate the adhesive 3 to enable sure curing within a short time.
