Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a warp from generating due to the falling of an ingot during cutting.
CONSTITUTION: A displacement value in the cutting direction of an ingot 2 is determined by detection of a displacement detector 7. In addition, the value of gradient of a blade 1 or the ingot 2 is calculated using an operation means 8 based on a detection signal, a tilt means 6 in driver by a drive means 9 to incline the bladel or the ingots and the ingot 2 is cut with the concurrent correction of the flexibility of the ingot 2.
