Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to cut a structure in blocks from a desired position other than an end part by cutting continuously the peripheral and bottom faces of a block to be cut out, without resetting a cutting wire.
CONSTITUTION: Guide pulleys 6 made tiltable and shakable are disposed in four holes 11 respectively and one endless cutting wire 7 is stretched over the guide pulleys 6 and driven in an endless manner. Thereby three faces of a block are cut off from a structure. The guide pulleys 6 in the holes 11c and 11d being removed, then, the bottom face of the block is cut off by the cutting wire 7. Lastly, the guide pulleys 6 in the holes 11a and 11b are removed, a fifth face is cut off and thereby the block is cut out of the structure.
