PURPOSE: To perform smooth movement by transferring a tire belt-like material by means of a belt conveyer, and by no use of a cutting table in the case of cutting the belt-like material along the cord on the way thereof, and then by not making the tip part of the rear side belt-like material after cutting oscillate left and right.
CONSTITUTION: With respect to the transfer direction of cutting line of a belt- like material 2 mounted on a conveyer belt 1, the rear side part thereof is attracted by means of a magnet attached on the lower side of a magnet holder 30 so as to rise to the up side of the conveyer belt 1, and keeping the state. a knife-shaped cutter is allowed to travel for cutting the belt-like belt 2, and subsequently the attracted part of the bell-like material 2 is released in order to be returned onto the upper side of the conveyer belt 1.
