Abstract:

PURPOSE:To simplify constitution of data transfer by making two microprocessors (MP) use the same RAM in common, making transferring MP hold receiving MP, while writing data, and then reading out. CONSTITUTION:A signal permitting data transfer is sent out from a microprocessor (MP) 21. When transfer is permitted, an MP 11 holds the MP 21 and latchs a bus driver 23. Under this condition, the RAM 22 of an arithmetic processing section 2 is opened to an arithmetic processing section 1. Data are written from the MP 11 to the RAM 22, and when data transfer is completed, holding from an interface is released. The MP 21 judges whether the data are transferred or not, and reads out the data from the RAM 22 after completion of data transfer. Thus, by common use of the same RAM by two MP, data can be transferred by ordinary memory address.
